Lunva Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Lunva: the game, posts, purchases and videos. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lunva.

1. Account

• You sign in to Lunva with Apple.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• Lunva is for users aged 13 and over. If the law of your country sets a higher age, that age applies.
• You can delete your account in the app: Settings → "Delete account". What is deleted and what is kept is described in the privacy policy.
• After deletion, signing in again with the same Apple ID creates a new empty account: points, artworks, rewards and purchased headers do not come back.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription made through Apple. Cancel it separately in your Apple subscription settings.

2. Drawings and videos

• You keep the rights to the drawings you create in Lunva, to the extent provided by law.
• For the game to work, you allow Lunva to store and process your drawings, show them to opponents in matches and in your profile, and in the feed if you post them there yourself.
• Recordings of drawings. Lunva may replay your finished match artwork to other players as a recorded opponent — with your nickname, avatar and a "recording" mark. The Lunva opponent may also draw from such recordings under its own name. These matches do not change your points. If an artwork is reported, it is no longer used as a recording.
• Victory video. The winner of a match can save a short timelapse of the match and share it. The video shows both drawings and the winner's nickname and avatar; the opponent is labelled "Opponent" without an avatar, and their nickname appears only if they turned on "Videos on Lunva's social media".
• Videos on Lunva's social media. Lunva uses match timelapses in its advertising and informational posts — for example on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube — only if both players in the match turned on Settings → "Videos on Lunva's social media". The setting is off by default. Such videos show no nicknames or avatars — the players are labelled "Player 1" and "Player 2". Consent does not transfer ownership of your drawing to Lunva.
• You can withdraw consent at any time with the same setting. No new videos with your drawings are made after that; we will remove published ones if you write to lunva.support@icloud.com.

3. Community rules and moderation

You may not post, send or use in the app:

• threats, harassment, insults or hateful content;
• illegal, sexually explicit or excessively violent content;
• other people's works falsely claimed as your own;
• other people's personal data without a legal basis;
• spam, scams or unauthorised advertising.

You can report an artwork or comment and block a user. When there is a block between players, they do not see each other's works, stats or online status, cannot comment or like, cannot find each other by ID and are not matched as opponents. A block can be removed on the player's page or in settings. We review reports and, for violations, may remove content, limit features or block an account temporarily or permanently.

4. Lunva Pro and live headers

• The Lunva Pro subscription is purchased and paid for through Apple. The price, period and free trial terms are shown before purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel it in your Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• A free trial is available on the terms shown in the app.
• What Lunva Pro includes and its price are shown on the subscription screen before purchase.
• Live headers are animated backgrounds for the profile card. One header is free.
• Headers are sold through Apple one at a time or as the "All headers" set. These are one-time purchases and do not renew.
• The "All headers" set unlocks every header in the shop, including ones added later.
• Header access through Lunva Pro lasts while the subscription is active. Access to all headers as a rating reward lasts only for the period stated in the rules. Headers you bought or received permanently stay with you when a subscription or temporary reward ends.
• Purchased headers belong to your Lunva account and stay when you change phones; if you delete your account, they are deleted with it.
• Refunds are handled under Apple's rules.

5. Season rating and prizes

• Taking part in the rating is free. Apple is not a sponsor of the rating and is not involved in running it.
• The detailed rules for seasons, points, places and prizes are in Rating → "Rating rules".
• Prizes are virtual items inside Lunva. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other players.
• For confirmed boosting, fixed matches or other cheating we may remove points, refuse a prize, take a prize back or block the account.

6. Availability of the service

We aim to keep Lunva running smoothly but do not guarantee that the app will always be available without errors or interruptions. We may maintain, update and change the app's features. We are not responsible for content created by other users, but we review reports of violations and act under these terms and the law.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version is published with a new date. We will tell you about significant changes in the app and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
